Return Process

1. Initiating a Return: If you wish to return or exchange an item, don't hesitate to contact us within 30 days of delivery at returns[@]projacketmaker.com with your name, order number, and email address used for the order.
2. Approval and Instructions: Our sales representative will respond within 48 working hours to guide you through the return process. Once approved, we will provide you with our warehouse address in South Asia to ship the item.
3. Packaging: Ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging and is in new condition with all tags attached.
4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Please use a reputable postal service with a tracking number for your convenience.
5. Inspection and Processing: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item within 72 hours. Refunds or exchanges will be processed for standard-size orders within 7 to 10 business days.
6. Refund Details: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Return shipping charges and a $39 restocking fee may apply.

Conditions for Returns

- The item must be in new, unworn, and undamaged condition.
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless due to defects or errors on our part.
- Worn or altered items cannot be returned.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our criteria.

3. Refunds for Custom Orders: Customized items are non-refundable as they are tailored to your preferences. Alterations can be made at a nominal fee.
